3. Educational Nature of Services (CE / ACEP Alignment)

Christ in Private Practice provides education and professional development only.

• CPP does not provide therapy, diagnosis, treatment, supervision, or legal advice
• CPP does not collect or store protected health information (PHI)
• Application of any educational material is the sole responsibility of the user
• Users are responsible for complying with all applicable licensure laws, ethical codes, and professional standards in their jurisdiction

Completion of a CPP course or training does not guarantee CE approval unless explicitly stated in writing.

 

4. Faith-Based Content Disclosure

Some CPP content reflects a Christian worldview and explores the ethical integration of faith and professional practice. Engagement with faith-based material is voluntary and presented for educational discussion, not religious instruction or coercion.

 

5. Intellectual Property and License of Use

All content provided by Christ in Private Practice, including but not limited to videos, written materials, worksheets, presentations, downloads, and recordings, is the intellectual property of CPP unless otherwise stated.

License Grant

When you purchase or access a CPP product, you are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license for individual educational use only, unless a separate license agreement is provided.

You may not:

• Share, resell, sublicense, or redistribute materials
• Use materials to train others without written permission
• Copy or reproduce content for commercial use
• Claim ownership of CPP materials

Violation of these terms may result in termination of access without refund.
